"Video Variations" is an omnibus of work made by WGBH, which ran artist's residency programs and created works with artists, a rare case and art historical moment for television stations and broadcast art. "Video Variations" conducts a video work along with the performance of the Boston Symphony Orchestra, where major artists participated in the work such as Nam June Paik, Russell Connor, Douglas Davis, Stan VanDerBeek, Jackie Cassan, Constantine Manos, Jame Seawright, and Tsai Wen Ying.
